It is a new generation aluminum foil product suitable for dry powders and single-sided glossy milk powder. The performance and features of the 4.0 system aluminum foil easy-open lid are introduced as follows:
I. Excellent Heat Seal Performance & Full Seal Bead
The 4.0 aluminum foil features a thicker and more resilient heat-seal layer, perfectly preventing sealing defects caused by uneven coating on the base lid, uneven aluminum or tinplate thickness. It significantly improves product quality stability. See the seal bead in the image below:

II. Smooth Opening Feel, Easy to Open, Nail-Friendly
The measured parameters for the 4.0 system easy-open lid are as follows:
Initial Break Force: 10-35N, Full Opening Force: 10-30N,
Pressure Hold ≥ 98 kPa, No Leakage for 1 minute.
III. Excellent Temperature Resistance
Product Application Scenarios: Ocean freight container transport, storage in high-altitude areas.
Temperature & Pressure Hold Parameters:
For Milk Powder Aluminum Foil: Temperature Resistance ≥80℃, 60 kPa, 10 minutes.
For Dry Powder Aluminum Foil: Temperature Resistance ≥70℃, 60 kPa, 10 minutes.
IV. Superior Chemical Resistance
The heat-seal layer of the 4.0 system aluminum foil is made of special material with strong corrosion resistance, offering excellent resistance to oil, sugar, salt, and acid. It solves the issue of conventional 3.0 dry powder aluminum foil easy-open lids being susceptible to corrosion from oils, salts, sugars, acids, etc., greatly expanding the application scope of easy-open lids.
To better simulate real-world application scenarios, we tested the seal integrity and chemical resistance of the 4.0 system easy-open lid with oil-containing, sugar-containing, acid-containing, and salt-containing foods using storage methods such as inverted storage at room temperature and storage at elevated temperatures (50-60℃).

Current inverted sealing tests with peanuts, seasoned seaweed, pickles, meat floss, Sichuan peppercorns, hot pot oil, sweet and sour oil olive, and other materials have all passed the chemical resistance test, with product sealing intact and no corrosion on the aluminum foil. (Laboratory tests represent parameters for the specific test materials. Customer products may vary in specific sugar, acid, salt, oil, etc., components. Actual chemical/corrosion resistance should be verified based on retesting with customer material samples.)
V. Good Abrasion Resistance & Strong Impact Resistance of the Heat-Seal Layer
Solves issues such as blackening from abrasion at the product top, aluminum foil bulging, or wear spots on the adhesive layer that occur when using conventional dry powder aluminum foil easy-open lids with harder products like biscuits, freeze-dried vegetables, freeze-dried meats, and seafood due to shaking during transport, thereby enhancing product quality.

The 4.0 system easy-open lid utilizes a proprietary coating for base lids developed in-house. The 4.0 system-specific base lids are roll-coated in our coating workshop, and the easy-open lids are manufactured in our lid production workshop.
